Due to heavy booking this year & next, there have been some new Terms & Conditions added to www.nikkikavanagh.com with immediate effect.

* No Wedding is confirmed until booking form & deposit is received & in turn confirmed via email by Nikki or member of our admin team.
* No date is held unless agreed in writing and can only be held for ONE WEEK, this date will then automatically be given to the next enquiry if not booked
* Multiple enquiries for a particular date is on first come first serve basis ie) whichever booking form has been received first - please note you will be made aware if your date is in demand by others upon enquiring from the above date.
* All confirmed brides/grooms must contact Nikki at least six weeks before their wedding date to touch base and finalise details, however, we will most likely be in touch beforehand.
* Nikki is happy to learn one new song per wedding ie. a song that is not on her list, please ensure you send relevant song information six weeks before to ensure all runs smoothly, due to heavy booking, we would like to facilitate everyone's request with advance notification.
